Blessings in the past week have included fellowship with family and friends; sunshine-y days; produce "put-by" on shelves and in the freezer that will last until the garden is producing again; for a neighbor's TLC when I was taken ill during our visit; a rapid resolution to that problem; the violets - purple one and white ones, too - scattered through the lawn grass; another new day; a box of Cheerios in my cupboard; the wealth of information that is available to me on my computer; Stefanie's gift of a new "smart phone" and her time spent getting me acquainted with the device; days with showers and sunshine; for lists - and the items on the lists that are checked off; the spring showers and blossoms; the promise of food in the seeds being planted; thoughtfulness of family and friends; sound sleep, and waking to a fresh new day; traveling mercies as we drove to McCall; finding my P.O. keys; the weekly appointment with my Creator on the day He set aside for building our relationship, Genesis 2:3, the day He has asked that we remember, Exodus 20:8; cheerful daffodils that brighten even the grayest days; promises my heavenly Father has made to provide for all my needs, and how they often enlarge to cover many of my "wants" too!
Just a note: I will be traveling a bit over the next six weeks and away from internet often, so the weekly posts will be somewhat irregular. See you when I'm back home ~
